Received my order today, and was very pleased with product. It is very tiny just as described.

After placing my order Cari emailed me saying my personalization would not fit on the itty bitty bar charm and gave me other suggestions. But I had my heart set on the personalization I chose. So Cari wanted to please me and said she would hammer the piece out a little to fit the personalization on! What great customer service is that! The 2 pieces I ordered are beyond what I expected.
